The work

What I build for agencies.

01 · Scope
01

Intake and case systems

One place a request arrives, gets assigned, and can be found again with its history intact.

02

Reporting and dashboards

The numbers a program has to report, pulled from the source rather than retyped from it.

03

Data pipelines and integrations

Moving records between systems that were never built to talk, on a schedule, with a log.

04

Secure forms and portals

Public-facing intake that collects only what is needed and stores it where it belongs.

What you get
02 · Build

Plus applicable WA sales tax. Every price is a starting point; the Scorecard sets the number.

Questions agencies ask
Do you write the response or build the system?
Both, priced separately. Read in Full is the response: the solicitation read whole, the response in their order, evidence attached to every requirement. The build is scoped in writing after award or on a direct contract.
We already hold the contract. Can you work under us?
Yes. Prime contractors reach me through the same form. Include the program, the timeline, and the vehicle. I work under your paper and to your records standard.
What does the records standard mean in practice?
Written requirements before a line is built, every change logged, every access controlled, verified with real data before handoff. The documentation is delivered with the system, not after it.
