How long does it take?
Kickoff within two days of signing, a first fix you can see within your first week, and your first full system live in about two weeks.
What do I need to do?
Thirty minutes to start, a one-hour kickoff, and the logins for the systems we work on. After that, about ten minutes a week to read your Monday report.
Who does the work?
PJ does. You talk to the person who builds and runs your systems, not a ticket queue.
Who owns what?
Your accounts, domains, and data are in your name. Software licensed to you stays licensed, like any subscription, and your data in it is yours to export anytime.
What if I want to leave?
Your accounts, domains, and data go with you, with every login handed over. Licensed software ends with its subscription, after your data is exported.
When do I see a price?
On the 30-minute call, once we know what you need. You get one written number the same day, valid for 30 days.
