Adapt an approved Mink master set to a new lot: site plan, foundation, utilities, current code.
Complete permit set

Every sheet the city requires to accept the application. You submit and field comments.
Through acceptance
$3,500
Everything in the complete set, and I field every city comment until the permit is accepted. Part of the fee isn't owed until it is.
What I can draw.
- Homes and buildings up to four dwelling units
- Any building up to 4,000 square feet
- Alterations up to 4,000 square feet inside a larger building, when the work doesn't touch structural or life-safety systems
Prepared under Washington's design exemption for these building types. Engineered elements go to a licensed engineer. I am not an architect, and I'll tell you if your project needs one.

- Most deck and garage sets in two weeks from deposit; ADU sets in four. I'll date it in the quote.

- On the through-acceptance set, I field every comment until it's accepted.
