Who We Serve · Health practices

Call. Booked. Reminded. Seen.

An empty chair at 2 PM is a no-show that cost you twice.

Reminders that land, intake that doesn't drop, records handled the way regulated records have to be.

    Seen

Recall and follow-up so the next visit is already on the calendar.

In Health practices

A practice loses money in two places nobody puts on the books: the new patient who called at lunch and got voicemail, and the 2 PM chair that sat empty because a reminder never landed. Both are intake and follow-through problems, and both are fixable without hiring another front desk.

Records in a practice are not like records anywhere else. They have rules. I have built systems that had to meet those rules before, and the approach is the same: intake that captures what is needed, nothing more, kept where it belongs, with the trail an auditor expects.

Dental, chiropractic, physical therapy, med spas, and veterinary practices all run on the same four steps. The reminders, the recall, and the records are tuned to the practice, not bolted on.

Questions owners ask
Is patient information handled properly?
Yes. The system is built so that intake collects only what is needed and keeps it where it belongs, with access logged. I have built regulated-record systems before, and the rules shape the design from the first day, not the last.
Will this work with my scheduling software?
Usually, yes. The system answers, qualifies, and books into the availability you give it, and the appointment lands in the schedule you already run. Where that is not possible, the call is where we work out the honest path.
How does it cut no-shows?
Reminders that reach the patient the way they actually read, confirmations that stick, and a waitlist that fills a cancellation before the hour is lost. You see the chair filled, not the gap.
