  3. 03 Sign and pay the first month, and your portal opens.
  4. 04 Kickoff in two days, and a first fix you can see in your first week.
  5. 05 Your first system live in two weeks, and a status report every Monday.
  1. 01 I read it myself. Send it by 2 PM Pacific, hear from me today. A personal reply and a link to book, not a sales call.
  2. 02 If it's a fit, you get a link to book a 30-minute call and a Scorecard to keep. If it isn't, I say so and point you somewhere better.
